Varios integrantes de la Cámara de viveristas participamos el 22 de mayo del «Día de la producción» propuesto por el Ministerio de Producción de la Nación, en articulación con la provincia y el municipio. Con el acompañamiento de técnicos de INTA, compartimos una serie de pasos importantes cuando necesitemos acudir a la financiación de nuestros proyectos productivos.
Tras la presentación de las autoridades presentes, incluyendo el Intendente de San Pedro, Cecilio Salazar, se pasó a una explicación técnica sobre la financiación. El 95% de los créditos se realiza a través de bancos, que actualmente tienen una tasa subsidiada por el Ministerio. Localmente los bancos que pueden ofrecer financiación son: Provincia de Buenos Aires, Nación, Macro, Galicia, Francés y Santander Río; pero antes de acudir a ellos, es preciso cumplir algunos pasos:
1. Ingresar a la web del Ministerio de Producción http://www.produccion.gob.ar/
2. Ir al Buscador de créditos http://dna2.produccion.gob.ar/dna2bpm/financiamiento y cargar los datos de la empresa / productor, y el destino del crédito. El sistema señalará cuál es la opción crediticia que se adapta a su proyecto
3. Para continuar el procedimiento, tramitar un certificado PYME. Tener en cuenta los siguientes tutoriales:
a. Beneficios de la Ley PyME y procedimiento http://www.produccion.gob.ar/pymes/
b. https://www.afip.gob.ar/PYMES
4. Cargar el proyecto que será evaluado por el Ministerio en http://www.produccion.gob.ar/como-se-accede-4/ . Si el proyecto es viable de ser financiado, se emite un certificado de elegibilidad
. Recién ahí con esta documentación se puede ir al banco.
También se puede acceder por la página de la AFIP hay líneas crediticias para monotributistas, cuyo monto a financiar es 1,5 veces el monto máximo de facturación anual correspondiente a su categoría. Una opción útil para quienes se encuentran encuadrados en este régimen.
