Con gran participación de viveristas, se concretó el miércoles 30 de mayo en el INTA San Pedro la jornada sobre riego organizada junto a la Cámara de viveristas, la Municipalidad de San Pedro BA, y Climatización Speroni, la empresa que representa a las marcas Rain Bird y Dorot Azud de riego.
El disertante fue Gerardo Demarco, docente de la UBA especializado en el tema, que brindó un espacio ameno y concreto para entender la importancia del riego, de la eficiencia como necesidad sustentable, y alternativas para el riego con la propuesta central del riego por goteo que tiene el 90% de eficiencia y alcanza el 95% cuando se trata de subterráneo. La actividad productiva que más agua insume es la agropecuaria, y por eso es fundamental no sólo poder utilizarla sino también cuidarla.
La capacitación también fue seguida por la transmisión en vivo y está disponible para los interesados en la fanpage de la Cámara. Además una galería completa de fotos.
